Logo Identity. Production. Brand Design.

The Deason Real Estate Group commissioned my team to create a visual identity for a distinctive luxury listing in Napa Valley. The goal was to blend the gothic character of the surrounding community with a refined, contemporary aesthetic that reflected the property’s modern construction. I led the initial phase of the project by designing the logo, focusing on unifying these contrasting influences under the name Canyon Edge.

After presenting several concepts to the agent team, we selected a typographic emblem built around the property’s initials. The final mark paired a bold, sleek sans-serif with a character-rich gothic typeface, striking a balance between modern elegance and historic influence. This direction fully captured the tone the agents envisioned for the listing.

From there, I developed the complete brand system, including color palette, typography, layout standards, and brand usage. I also designed supporting collateral such as brochures, brand statements, and both physical and digital advertisements. The cohesive visual identity helped position the property as a truly unique offering, contributing to a successful $5.7M sale for the Deason Real Estate Group.
