The Belvedere.

Logo Design. Brand Identity. Production.

The Belvedere. is a collection of twenty-eight luxury condominiums designed by Handal Architects and developed by March Capital Management (MCM). Our creative team was brought on to develop a complete visual identity and branding system to support the sales and marketing of this new construction project.

In early development, I was involved in the naming of the property, which lead to three different brand names and directions to present to MCM. From there, I solely designed dozens of logo ideations for the three brand concepts to propose for the building. The final identity, The Belvedere, features a custom lowercase “b” with a window cutout – referencing both the architectural butterfly windows and the name’s meaning, “beautiful view.”

With the brand finalized, I designed supporting collateral such as brochures, signage, stationary suite, email campaigns, physical and digital advertisement.  I also led the creation of the motion graphic for the website’s landing page. 

The resulting identity contributed to the sale of over 80% of the residences by the end of 2025, demonstrating the power of a cohesive, intentionally crafted brand.
